Ready or not, by the middle of the year 2014, (Sales Center expected to open July 2014), the new homes will be available for sale in the brand new community of Traditions built by The Providence Group. On September 18th, 2013, The groundbreaking began on this 400 plus community that is to be situated on 158 acres.The development is a partnership between FrontDoor and the Providence Group, which plans to complete about 90 homes in its first phase.
